The downtime for EVE Online: Apocrypha 1.5 has been extended until 17:30 GMT due to database issues during the deployment process, all though we cant be assed to fix it and we dont care how long it takes us to but keep paying for eve and keep the money flowing to our wallets. while you sit there for another 2 hours or more we are out at sea killing whales.

It has too do with someone not working durring the first half of the week. this Patch should have been pushed off till Early next week, as late patches ALWAYS without Fail screw up.
5 years, and you are in so much pain still. you must like running head long into walls at full speed repeatedly as well. Buy a helmet.

well i am over here in the states (aka the colonies) so i have to do some form of long division to figure out GMT and whatever the hell temperature it is in Celsius over there.

NAW I'm normaly still at work durring these things But late patches never go well. As you can See it's always been like this, Tusday patches go without a hitch Late patches take Double the time ALlotted. Hell we where given a free day once though.
I am normally waking up for work when downtime is going :)

They give you expansions for free sir. That's what you get.
not really, you have to pay each month to help fund the development of eve. otherwise it would be a one off payment to play eve.
Whilst other games don't (note: sarcasm) charge you subscriptions plus the fee for the expansions?
This is my first experience on a forum/message-board and I gotta say it's exactly what I imagined - disappointing.
